・Yam pickled in kelp with cherry blossom aroma

・Bamboo shoots simmered in Tosa-style sauce

■Iwate Prefecture-produced young squid sashimi and a bucket of fresh seasonal fish

■ Salad with Chami pork prosciutto and spring vegetables

■ Steamed spring cabbage and beef tendon wrapped in rich and flavorful miso

■Sakura sea bream and fresh wakame seaweed shabu-shabu with clams steamed in sake
